Expropriation Technical Process

Beginning with the acquisition and detailed analysis of current cadastral and land registry information for the project site, we prepare expropriation plans and technical file content that precisely define property boundaries. We obtain legal approval for all prepared technical documents from the relevant Cadastral Control Processes and then meticulously follow the mandatory Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) Board Decision processes, depending on the type of property. Once this legal basis is established, we complete the Land Registry procedures for the expropriated areas on behalf of the administration.

We also manage the legal processes for establishing limited real rights such as leasing, easement rights and temporary occupation permits required for ENH crossings, thus minimizing the property-related risks of projects.
