Forest Permits
To determine the suitability of a project location, we technically examine all critical forest status areas on the site, including closed stands, regeneration areas, and burned forest areas, and identify the most suitable location. As part of the technical preparations required for the permit file (including tree surveys when necessary), we manage all technical reporting, participation in field inspections, and legal follow-up processes from the initial application to the General Directorate of Forestry (OGM). We ensure that you obtain the necessary permits (permits/easements) for your projects' forest lands within the stipulated timeframe and with legal certainty. We operate with this simplification vision.
With the entry into force of the secondary legislation of Law No. 7554, we aim to further shorten the permitting process by presenting different application processes such as preliminary permit, drilling and final permit in a single integrated file rather than separately.
